This study aims to obtain information related to the implementation of the Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat’s (SOTH) activities in Trisono Village, Babadan Sub-district, Ponorogo Regency. The c (SOTH) program is held to improve parenting in the family to realize the prevention and reduction of stunting. In this study, the theory used is Edward III's public policy theory. The use of this theory is in accordance with the form of public policy implementation which has 4 variables, namely communication, resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition. The approach method in this study is a qualitative approach using the purposive technique where the researcher has determined informants who can provide information clearly and comprehensively. The results of the study show that the activities of the Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat’s (SOTH) have been carried out well and optimally in planning until the end of implementation, but there are several weaknesses from less than optimal budget resources.
