Electronic Medical Records (RME) are patient medical data stored in digital form by the Hospital Information System (SIMRS). The implementation of RME facilitates service to patients and improves patient safety through quality services. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the implementation of RME and the quality of service at the inpatient installation at RSU 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo.
The method in this research is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all nurses in inpatient installations with samples taken using Stratified Random Sampling of 100 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) questionnaires and service quality. Data analysis used the Spearman's rho statistical test with a significance <0.05.
The research results showed that the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) was almost entirely satisfactory (99.0%) with the quality of nursing services mostly satisfactory (57.0%). Based on the Spearman's rho statistical test, a pvalue of 0.000 < α (0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.511 were obtained; So it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the implementation of RME and the quality of nursing services at the Inpatient Installation at RSU 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo.
This can continue to be improved by providing RME training for nurses as well as regular evaluations involving nurses, providing a menu of assistance in RME, and increasing the competency of nurses in providing RME-based nursing services.
