The spiritual crisis that is increasingly developing due to the busyness of the modern world and the advancement of technology has affected the condition of people's souls, which are often trapped in materialistic routines. This creates a deep need to revive spiritual values that can calm the heart and improve the moral quality of individuals. Especially in the modern era, which brings various challenges to human spiritual life. The increasingly busy lifestyle, advanced technology, and high worldly demands often distance people from the Qur'an and dhikr.
This research aims to determine the implementation of riyadhah Al-Qur'an and dhikr as a method of spiritual and moral education, and how it is implemented at the Cahaya An Nadzar Islamic Boarding School. The focus of this research also includes the obstacles that arise in implementing the process of these two spiritual practices in the Islamic boarding school environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in the Cahaya An-Nadzar Islamic Boarding School environment. This method aims to instill deep spiritual values and form noble morals for all members of the congregation, including administrators, teachers and students. With this approach, it is hoped that there will be a better character transformation, increased spiritual awareness, and closer to Allah SWT.

The results show that Riyadhah Qur'an and dhikr have a positive impact in building peace of mind, improving the quality of worship, and forming better behavior in daily life. It can be concluded that riyadhah Qur'an and dhikr have an important role in forming character and improving spiritual awareness.
