Abstract
ABSTRACT
RELATIONS OF HEALTH CADRE SUPPORT WITH ACTIVENESS OF VISITS BY POSBINDU PTM PARTICIPANTS IN TLADAN VILLAGE, PUSKESMAS TLADAN MAGETAN REGENCY
Correlation Analysis Research at Tladan Village Puskesmas Tladan Magetan
By: Luluk Rohmawati
Posbindu PTM (Non-Communicable Diseases) is a form of community participation in efforts to control risk factors independently and continuously. Currently, many pospindu participants are found to be inactive in participating in posbindu activities. Health cadres have a very important role so that participants actively participate in posbindu. This study aims to determine the relationship between health cadre support and the activeness of posbindu PTM participant visits.
The research method uses correlation analysis with a cross-sectional approach using a questionnaire instrument. The cadre support questionnaire contains 16 question items and the activity of visits is based on the observation sheet. The population in this study were all participants of the PTM Posbindu in Tladan Village, Tladan Health Center Working Area, Magetan Regency with a total of 124 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The sample size is 95 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the support of health cadres and the dependent variable is the activity of visits by PTM Posbindu participants. Statistical tests using the Chi Square Test to see the relationship between health cadre support and the activity of visits by PTM Posbindu participants.
The results of the study showed that out of 95 respondents, most of the cadre support was good, 52 respondents (54.7%) and less than 43 respondents (45.3%). The activeness of the posbindu participant visits was mostly inactive, 52 respondents (54.7%) and active, 43 respondents (45.3%). Based on the chi square test, the p value was 0.004 <ɑ = 0.05, meaning Ha was accepted, so there was a relationship between health cadre support and the activeness of posbindu PTM participant visits.Based on analysis, the OR value = 3.8 was obtained, meaning that good cadre support had a 3.8 times greater chance that PTM posbindu participants would actively visit.
The better the support from health cadres, the more active the visits of PTM posbindu participants will be, and vice versa, the less support from health cadres, the less active the visits of PTM posbindu participants will be.
