The Relationship Of Nurses' Characteristics With Work Stress
In The Emergency Department at dr. Sayidiman Magetan Hospital

Hypertension or high blood pressure, is often referred to as "the silent killer" because it often goes without complaints and complications occur. One of the problems that arise in the diagnosis of hypertension is a decrease in cardiac output associated with an increase in afterload, which carries the risk of experiencing inadequate heart pumping to meet the body's metabolic needs. Various techniques or therapeutic methods that can be applied to hypertensive conditions to reduce the problems caused by patients are Benson relaxation therapy. The final scientific work of this nurse is to analyze the application of Benson Relaxation Therapy in Hypertension Patients with Nursing Problems of Decreased Cardiac Output in the Nakula Room at Dr. Hospital. Sayidiman Magetan.
The application of this nurse's scientific work was carried out on the patient Mrs. T for 3 days by giving benson therapy 3 times a day with a duration of 15 minutes.
The results of the application of the nurse's final scientific work carried out on Mrs. T for 3 days it was found that cardiac output increased with Mrs.'s blood pressure. T is within normal limits.
The conclusion in this nurse's final scientific work is that there is the effectiveness of applying Benson relaxation therapy to hypertensive patients with nursing problems of decreased cardiac output in the Nakula Room at Dr. RSUD. Sayidiman Magetan.
