Abstract
This study aims to identify the variables that influence the well-being of teachers at SMK Negeri Ngadirojo. The approach used is quantitative, utilizing questionnaires administered to 86 teachers. The sampling method applied in this research is saturated sampling, in which the entire population is used as the sample due to the relatively small population size. SPSS version 25 software was used to assist in data analysis. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of leadership, rewards, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher well-being. This shows that these factors play an important role in creating comfort, satisfaction, and a balance between work and personal life for teachers.
