Abstract

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Collaborative In Questioning, Analyzing, Synthesizing, And Evaluating (Cinqase) Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Matematika. Thesis. Students' critical thinking skills at SMP Negeri 1 Purwantoro are still low. This ability plays a significant role in education it helps students solve various problems, make appropriate decisions, think logically systematically. This study aims to determine the effect of the CinQASE learning model on students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning.
This study used a quantitative method with an experimental research type, with a posttest only control design. The population in this study was all seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Purwantoro. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, with 31 students from class VII E as the control class receiving conventional learning 31 students from class VII B receiving CinQASE learning. Data collection techniques in this study included documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The instruments used were report cards, validation questionnaires for teaching modules and test questions, critical thinking skills tests. A posttest was administered to measure critical thinking skills.
The results of this study indicate the average posttest score for students in the experimental class was 75,29, higher than the score for the control 65,87. An independent sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. There is a difference in the average critical thinking skills of students between the experimental and control classes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the CinQASE learning model has an impact on the critical thinking skills of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Purwantoro.
