Abstract

The success of the company in influencing consumers in making purchasing
decisions on the products it offers will provide benefits to the company which in turn will
have an impact on the sustainability of the company's business in the future. Including in
the used car business at Prabu Motor Glonggong Madiun. Purchasing decisions are
influenced by many factors, including; promotion, brand image and service quality. This
study uses a quantitative approach, namely data that can be calculated in the form of
numbers. This research with a quantitative method is intended to determine the effect of
promotion, brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions at Prabu Motor
Glonggong Madiun Regency. The author's data analysis began with the collection and
processing of data in the form of a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale where
alternative answers ranging from 1 to 5 were scored based on the answers to questions.
Based on the results of the discussion according to the data managed with the path
analysis model, it is concluded that; promotion, brand image and service quality have an
effect on purchasing decisions at Prabu Motor Glonggong, Madiun Regency.
