Abstract

RINGKASAN
Bela Mei Saputri,NIM 20415313 Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi Univesitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo, Skripsi : “Pengaruh kompensasi,beban kerja,dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT.Pandu Novia Sakti Ponorogo”.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Pandu Novia Sakti Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 46 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Pengukuran data menggunakkan skala likert satu sampai lima,Analisis data yang digunakkan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM(Strucural Equation Modelling)melalui aplikasi SMART PLS 4.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi,beban kerja,dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikkan terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT.Pandu Novia Sakti Ponorogo.
