Abstract
This study aims to analyze the operational cost control strategies implemented by Parikesit Wedding Organizer and their impact on the company’s revenue growth. In the wedding decoration service industry, cost efficiency is one of the key factors in maintaining competitiveness and business sustainability. High operational costs without proper management can reduce profit margins, thus requiring strategies that minimize expenses without lowering service quality.

The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, in which data were collected through direct observation of work processes, interviews with the business owner, and documentation of financial reports. This approach provides a comprehensive overview of operational conditions and the cost control strategies that have been implemented.

The findings reveal that Parikesit Wedding Organizer applies several cost control strategies, including bundling strategies (combining decoration services with other services into a single package price), utilization of internal inventory to reduce equipment rental costs, a project-based wage system for greater flexibility, as well as controlling consumption and transportation expenses for the implementation team. These strategies have proven effective in reducing operational costs and improving work efficiency.

Based on financial data analysis, the applied strategies successfully lowered cost burdens while increasing net profit. This efficiency had a positive impact on revenue and strengthened the company’s financial position, thereby supporting long-term business sustainability. This study emphasizes that appropriate operational cost control can serve as a key factor in enhancing revenue in the wedding decoration service sector.
