Abstract
his video was created to raise children's awareness and understanding of the importance of
sports in their present and future lives. Sports themselves are a process of activities aimed at
developing physical, mental, and social potential, as well as promoting physical development,
mental health, reducing stress, and serving as a strong foundation for future athletic
development. This video was created with a minimalist and concise concept, aiming to be easily
understood and accepted in children's lives. The video was shot using a smartphone, while the
editing and finishing process used CapCut software. This video was created to increase and
remind children of the importance of sports in their lives today and in the future.
