Abstract

This study aims to analysze the process of organizatiol communication whitin the Generas baru Indonesia (GenBI) Kediri community in shaping the character and capacity of its mambers as future leaders from the persepective of transformational leadership. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving GenBI Kediri adminitrators and mambers from eight universities in the Kediri Raya region. The findings indicate that organizational communication in GenBI Kediri plays a strategic role in leadership development through the implementation of four dimensions of transformational leadership, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Transparent, participatory, and dialogical communication enables the internalization of role-modeling values, motivation, critical thinking, and attention to individual development among members. Therefore, effective organizational communication in GenBI Kediri functions not only as a medium for information exchange but also as a leadership learning platform that contributes to the formation of young leaders who are integrity-driven, adaptive, and visionary.
