In the digital era, the use of electronic payment systems has increased significantly, including the use of QRIS among students. Changes in transaction behavior are influenced by various factors, including perceived. benefits, convenience, and trust. This study employed a quantitative approach with probability sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were obtained from direct data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis used SPSS 25 software. The study found that perceived benefits, convenience, and trust had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS.
