This research aims to determine how Work-Life Balance, Workload, and Teamwork affect Employee Loyalty at the General Election Commission (KPU) of Ponorogo Regency. This study employs a quantitative methodology, applying a saturated sampling technique, meaning the entire population of 34 KPU employees in Ponorogo Regency serves as the research sample. The data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R²), as well as t-tests and F-tests, conducted using SPSS version 29. The results of this study indicate that partially, Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, and Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance, Workload, and Teamwork have a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty.
