This study was motivated by the important role of the tourism sector as one of the main drivers of regional economic growth and a significant contributor to Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Ngebel Lake is a leading tourist destination in Ponorogo Regency that has experienced an increase in tourist arrivals following the COVID-19 pandemic. However, several issues remain regarding infrastructure conditions, the quality of tourism facilities, and tourists’ perceptions of ticket prices, all of which are presumed to influence their visiting decisions. This study aims to examine the effects of infrastructure, facilities, and ticket prices on tourists’ visiting decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using a random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that, partially, the infrastructure variable does not have a significant effect on tourists’ visiting decisions. This finding suggests that the existing infrastructure conditions are not the primary factor influencing tourists’ decisions to visit Ngebel Lake. Similarly, the ticket price variable does not have a significant effect because tourists perceive the admission fee as affordable and appropriate for their economic conditions. In contrast, the facilities variable has a positive and significant effect on tourists’ visiting decisions. The better the quality, completeness, cleanliness, and comfort of the facilities provided, the higher the likelihood that tourists will choose to visit Ngebel Lake. Simultaneously, infrastructure, facilities, and ticket prices have a significant effect on tourists’ visiting decisions. These findings indicate that the three variables collectively explain tourists’ decisions in choosing Ngebel Lake as a tourist destination. Therefore, tourism managers are expected to continuously improve the quality of tourism facilities, gradually enhance infrastructure, and maintain affordable ticket pricing policies in order to increase the attractiveness of Ngebel Lake and promote the growth of the tourism sector and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Ponorogo Regency.
