Abstract
Job satisfaction is an important factor that supports employee performance in achieving organizational goals. It can be influenced by various factors, including employee resilience, work engagement, work culture, and technological innovation. This study aims to analyze the effects of employee resilience, work engagement, work culture, and technological innovation on job satisfaction among employees of Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Ponorogo. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all employees of Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Ponorogo, with a total sample of 71 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that employee resilience had no significant effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, work engagement, work culture, and technological innovation had positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Furthermore, employee resilience, work engagement, work culture, and technological innovation simultaneously had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Among the independent variables, work culture had the strongest influence on job satisfaction. These findings indicate that strengthening employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and optimizing the use of technological innovation can contribute to higher levels of employee job satisfaction. Therefore, organizations should strengthen their work culture, enhance employee engagement, and encourage the effective utilization of technological innovation to improve employee job satisfaction. The findings also suggest that employee job satisfaction is influenced more by organizational and work-environment factors than by individual resilience alone.
