The recording of students’ daily behavior at Poncol State Vocational High School has so far been done manually on physical sheets of paper. As a result, there is inefficiency in data management. The manual recording process can increase the risk of recording errors and slow down the process of presenting information. This study designed a website for the centralized storage of data on students’ positive activities using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS. If-Then logic (rule-based) is applied to calculate the cumulative behavioral scores of students without manual calculations. In this application, students upload photos documenting their positive activities. Teachers verify the validity of the evidence through a dedicated menu. Once the “Agree” button is clicked, the system immediately tallies the points based on the activity category weights set by the administrator. Functional testing using the Black Box method was performed on all user pages. The test results confirmed that all features in the admin, teacher, and student accounts function properly. This website processes data in real time to determine eligibility for Field Work Practice (PKL) and decisions regarding student promotion without the need to sort through stacks of physical files at the school office.
