PENGEMBANGAN STRATEGI DISCOVERY LEARNING BERBANTUAN ARTICULATE STORYLINE MATERI LISTRIK STATIS DI MTSS AL-IMAN

This study aims to: (1) describe the development process of a Discovery Learning strategy assisted by Articulate Storyline on static electricity material, (2) analyze the feasibility of the developed product, and (3) analyze its practicality in learning at MTSS Al-Iman.
This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product developed was a learning strategy package consisting of a teaching module, Student Worksheets (LKPD), and interactive media based on Articulate Storyline. The subjects were ninth-grade students of MTSS Al-Iman, with a small group trial involving 9 students and a large group trial involving 49 students. Data were collected through validation sheets, student response questionnaires, observation sheets, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques.
The results showed that the product feasibility reached 95.8% from material experts, 100% from media experts, and 95% from learning experts, with an overall average of 96.9% (very valid category). The practicality level was 91.89% in the small group trial and 91.3% in the large group trial (very practical category). Learning implementation reached 82.5% (very good category). Interview results indicated that the media were easy to use, engaging, and helpful in understanding static electricity concepts through visualizations, experiments, simulations, and quizzes.
Based on these findings, the Discovery Learning strategy assisted by Articulate Storyline is considered very valid and very practical, and is suitable for limited use as an alternative to support static electricity learning at MTsS Al-Iman.
