ANALISIS PENETAPAN HARGA KARET BERDASARKAN PEMIKIRAN IBNU TAYMIYAH DI DESA KUANG DALAM BARAT KEC. RAMBANG KUANG KAB. OGAN ILIR

This study aims to analyze the rubber pricing mechanism in Kuang Dalam Barat Village, Rambang Kuang District, Ogan Ilir Regency, from the perspective of Ibn Taymiyyah's thought. It focuses on the pricing process between farmers and collectors, its alignment with Ibn Taymiyyah's concept of fair pricing, and the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing this pricing mechanism.

This research employs a qualitative field research approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consisted of rubber farmers and collectors directly involved in rubber buying and selling transactions in Kuang Dalam Barat Village. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity and trustworthiness, source triangulation was applied.

The findings indicate that rubber pricing in Kuang Dalam Barat Village is influenced by rubber quality, moisture content, market prices, and the baseline prices set by processing factories. Based on the analysis of Ibn Taymiyyah's thought, the prevailing pricing mechanism generally reflects the concept of a fair price (thaman al-mithl), as prices are formed through market mechanisms driven by supply and demand, and agreed upon through mutual consent without coercion. Furthermore, transaction practices demonstrate transparency in weighing and quality disclosure, upholding the values of honesty and fairness. Supporting factors in pricing include mutual trust between farmers and collectors, farmers' freedom to choose buyers, and information transparency during transactions. Conversely, inhibiting factors comprise market price fluctuations, variations in rubber quality, and price dependence on rubber processing factories as the primary reference point.
