The composition of this thesis by Andrian Setiaji (18221685) entitled Leadership
Style of Female Village Heads in Government Administration in Ngunut Village,
Babadan District, Ponorogo Regency. Leadership style is one of the key
positions where a leader must be able to influence, direct, and demonstrate the
ability to lead, leadership style is also the ability to inspire others to be willing
and have total responsibility for efforts to achieve organizational goals. Village
government which has the goal of building village progress from all aspects of
the village. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to determine the leadership
style of female village heads in Ngunut Village, Babadan District, Ponorogo
Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative using data
collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The
location of this research is in Ngunut Village, Babadan District, Ponorogo
Regency. Researchers get research data and information from several
informants including the village head, village secretary, village officials (Kasi
Welfare), Kamituwo, chairman of the youth organization, members of the youth
organization, and the community. Community, carry out development, and must
carry out good and correct village governance. Furthermore, in dealing with
conflicts in the community, the Village Head of Ngunut involves his regional
apparatus for discussion or deliberation with the aim of finding solutions that
