HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PERAWAT TENTANG PELAKSANAAN ROTASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM ‘AISYIYAH PONOROGO

Perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan sering mengalami penurunan kinerja, akibat dari lingkungan kerja yang kurang menyenangkan hingga tanggung jawab yang berlebihan. Perawat dalam kondisi penurunan kinerja berisiko untuk melakukan kesalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi perawat tentang pelaksanaan rotasi kerja dengan kinerja di Rumah Sakit Umum ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner likert pada persepsi pelakasanaan rotasi kerja dan studi observasi dokumentasi penilaian kinerja perawat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposiv sampling selama 30 hari mulai tanggal 20 Desember 2022 sampai 20 Januari 2023 berjumlah 97 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik korelasi pearson.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan korelasi pearson dengan menggunakan SPSS didapatkan hasil p value = 0,623, dengan koefisien korelasi -0,051, yang artinya tidak ada hubungan persepsi perawat tentang pelaksanaan rotasi kerja dengan kinerja di Rumah Sakit Umum ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Kinerja perawat dapat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis, masa kerja, umur, rotasi pekerjaan, metode kerja, jenis kepemimpinan, tunjangan, pengawasan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, promosi, gaji, dan budaya organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi menejemen keperawatan dalam melaksanakan rotasi kerja perawatnya.

Nurses in providing nursing care often experience a decrease in performance, resulting from an unpleasant work environment to excessive responsibility. Nurses in conditions of decreased performance are at risk of making mistakes. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between nurses' perceptions of the implementation of work rotations and performance at the 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo General Hospital.
The method used in this study is correlation research. This research instrument used a likert questionnaire on the perception of work rotation implementation and observational studies documenting nurse performance appraisal. Sampling was carried out using purposiv sampling techniques for 30 days from December 20, 2022 to January 20, 2023, totaling 97 respondents. This study used a statistical test of pearson correlation.
The results showed pearson correlation calculations using SPSS obtained p value results of 0.623, with a correlation coefficient of -0.051, which means that there is no relationship between nurses' perceptions of the implementation of work rotation with performance at the 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo General Hospital. Nurse performance can be influenced by psychological condition, length of service, age, job rotation, work methods, type of leadership, benefits, supervision, work-life balance, promotion, salary, and organizational culture. The results of this study are expected to be used as consideration for nursing management in carrying out the work of its nurses.
