Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Perceived Organizational Support, dan Role stress Terhadap Turnover Intention di Credit Union Anak Mandiri Ponorogo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, skala pengukuran dengan skala likert melalui kuisioner, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang karyawan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Kepuasan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) di Credit Union Anak Mandiri Ponorogo, 2) Perceived Organizational Support (X2) memiliki hubungan negative dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) di Credit Union Anak Mandiri Ponorogo, 3) Role Stress (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) di Credit Union Anak Mandiri Ponorogo, dan secara simultan Kepuasan Kerja (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2), Role Stress (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) di Credit Union Anak Mandiri Ponorogo.
