Activities This study examines the criminological accountability of perpetrators and victim of sexual crimes in Video Call Sex Activities. This study will discuss what factors cause sextortion crimes, legal reviews of sektor crime cases, and guarantees of protection from the state for victim of sexual harassment.
This research is a type of juridical normative research, which is carried out to find whether the verdict handed down by the court is appropriate. In this study, there are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data consists of laws that explicitly address the crime of sextortion, while secondary data sources used are from books, journals or information from the internet. Therefore, the data collection technique used is the research library method.
In general, the conclusion of this study is that there is no law in Indonesia that specifically addresses sextortion, but there are still some laws that can be implied to be used to ensnare sextors. In addition, there are also laws that guarantee assistance for victims.
