Violent behavior is one of the angry responses expressed by making threats, harming others, and/or damaging the environment. This case study aims to conduct nursing care which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, nursing implementation and evaluation. The method used in the preparation of this Scientific Paper is an interview approach to the nursing process.
The results of the study found Mrs. S angry, raging, talking dirty, digressing and hitting her neighbors, from the results of the study obtained a nursing diagnosis, namely the risk of alignment behavior. The action taken to overcome the problem is to carry out SP actions (implementing strategies) carried out for 5 days which aims to control anger and irritation and can build Mrs. S's trust with nurses. The results of the evaluation were found that Mrs. S underwent changes after implementing strategy actions on how to control anger and irritation, although there was still a sense of anger and annoyance towards others. With this Nursing Care, it is expected to be able to control excessive anger and irritation in mental patients, especially patients at risk of violent behavior so that the anger expressed is not excessive and can control and be able to reduce the risk of behavior in patient.
