This study aims to determine the stigma of gemblak in old format documentaries. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and the data obtained from this study are data obtained through literature studies using various written sources such as journals, articles, and several documents relevant to the studies in this study. Based on the actions taken by the local community to maintain jathil lanang in Bedinding village through regeneration, training and events. With these efforts, it is hoped that the jathil lanang dancers can be maintained emotionally to preserve the jathil lanang dancers. The public can find out about the continued existence of jathil lanang through Old Format documentaries.
