Paqih Mufidin, 2023, NIM: 19112245 The role of the Ta'Mir of the Ar-Rayyan Mosque in increasing Islamic knowledge in the community of Morang Kare Madiun Village. Islamic education study program. The aim of this research was to determine the role of the Ta'mir of the Ar Rayyan Mosque in increasing awareness of Islam in the community of Morang Kare Madiun Village and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Ta'mir of the Ar-Rayyan Mosque in increasing knowledge of Islam in the community of Morang Kare Madiun Village.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research consisted of the chairman of the mosque's Ta'Mir committee, community leaders around the mosque, and mosque youth leaders. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research also used qualitative methods. So this research intends to systematically, factually and accurately describe facts, data, situations or events and population characteristics, namely regarding the role of the Ta'mir Masjis Ar-Rayyan in increasing Islamic knowledge in the community of Morang Kare Madiun Village. . Based on research findings, it is known that Takmir plays an important role in increasing the knowledge of the Ar-Rayyan Mosque community by providing religious lessons such as public and group recitations, Friday prayers, helping orphans and the poor, planning TPA and Madrasah educational activities, planning socio-religious activities such as slaughtering sacrifices and holding wedding ceremonies, as well as planning Islamic holidays such as the Prophet's Birthday, Isra' Mi'raj, and others. example of community service. Lack of funds and human resources are Takmir's main obstacles to expanding the Islamic community of the Ar-Raya Mosque.
