Abstract

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL TEAM NURSING METHODS WITH NURSE JOB SATISFACTION AT RSUD dr. SAYIDIMAN MAGETAN

Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about work related to the work situation, cooperation between employees, and the rewards received in the work performed. MAKP team is carried out without any special training, there is a job gap that requires performing nursing care on patients who are not their management which makes some nurses dissatisfied with the way it is implemented. This study aims to determine the relationship between team professional nursing care methods and nurses' job satisfaction.
This study used a descriptive correlational method with a cross-sectional approach to 124 nurses in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan using a sampling technique that is Proportional Random Sampling. Research was conducted to measure MAKP Team and Nurse Satisfaction using a questionnaire. Data were processed and analysed using the Chi Square test with α = 0.05.
The results of the study using the Chi Square test showed a p value = 0.020, this value indicates that the p value <0.05 where the professional team nursing care method has a significant relationship with nurse job satisfaction.
The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between professional team nursing care methods and nurses' job satisfaction at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. Suggestions for nurses to always implement the MAKP Team in accordance with the rules so that job satisfaction is achieved and further researchers can use other sampling strategies, and other additional factors from the standards used such as performance displayed and satisfaction outcomes.
