Basically, The changes of the times have always occurred in human life. So humans need to adjust to the progress of life. Therefore, education is considered as an institution to prepare a generation of profesionals. It is intended to be able to answer the challenges of times. By seeing this education chenges the system through the Merdeka belajar Curriculum. However, this coma caused national educational institutions to have make adjustments, of course, it look long time. Therefore reflecting the thinking Nurcholis Majid and Said Muniruddin. Where these two figures, give thoughts to create a generation of professionals through an HMI organization. HMI is a student organization where in social activities and strategies in carrying out education is inseparable from the demands of today’s era.
This type of research is literature, (Library Research), which relies on the study and study of the texts. The data collection technique used in this study is a technique for reviewing docments and book releted to HMI and thoughts from Nurcholis Majid and Said Muniruddin.
Data analysis in this study, the concept of education in this era of disruption thriugh Nurcholis Majid and Said Muniruddin with oragization education patterns is very necesasary to create a professional generation. This is in line with the role of HMI, which funvtions as a cadre organization. In his role HMI through thinkers Nurcholis Majid and Said Muniruddin showed that it can become the second of University where in the process of his words can help national education in reaching a generation of professionals.
