Abstract
UD. KELAPA KUNIR sells alen-alen in the processed food sector. Due to their continued reliance on manual calculations, which can occasionally result in overproduction, UD. KELAPA KUNIR faces the issue of unpredictable demand. As a result, because the durability of Alen-alen is only approximately one month, there is a stockpile of goods, and excess demand leads to expiration, and the volume of production does not match the demand. Unpredictable demand significantly impacts a business's ability to survive. To solve this issue and improve the efficiency of forecasting the amount of alen-alen produced at UD. KELAPA KUNIR, an automatic prediction system is required. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto approach is applied in this study. This approach was selected due to its benefits while working with basic data.
