This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Interview sources were conducted by 3 educators and 16 class XI students. Then the data was processed using data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis.

The results of this research show that the implementation of the Pancasila student profile based on Project Based Learning is the right step to strengthen the global diversity of students at SMAN 1 Babadan Ponorogo. This project provides opportunities for students to learn actively, develop social skills, and increase understanding of diversity. Global Diversity of SMAN 1 Babadan Ponorogo Students.
