Abstract

This research is quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 35 employees of the Kayu Putih Sukun Ponorogo Oil Factory, all of whom were used as samples. Data collection used interviews and questionnaires, the sampling technique was the census method, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results at the 5% significance level show: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive (0.733) and significant effect on the work performance of Factory employees Kayu Putih Sukun Oil, Ponorogo Regency, 2) Work Discipline has a positive (0.511) and significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Kayu Putih Sukun Oil Factory, Ponorogo Regency, 3) The physical work environment has a positive (0.168) and significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Kayu Putih Oil Factory Sukun, Ponorogo Regency, 4) Job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment have a positive (100,068) and significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Sukun Eucalyptus Oil Factory, Ponorogo Regency.
