This study aims to determine the implementation of the CSR (Corporate
Social Responsibility) program of the Social and Environmental Responsibility
(TJSL) program of PT INKA (Persero). This research uses descriptive qualitative
methods with data collection using documentation and interviews with key
informants from within PT INKA (Persero). The findings of this research show that
there is one CSR program that is included in the CSV (Creating Shared Value)
concept, namely the welding training program for fostered vocational schools. PT
INKA (Persero)'s TJSL program has fulfilled the utilitarianism theory. There are
supporting factors in the implementation of TJSL programs such as the community
and agencies. And there are inhibiting factors in the implementation of TJSL
programs such as communication and facilities. Overall, PT INKA (Persero)'s CSR
program and the use of digital media in publicizing CSR programs have gone well.
