Abstract
This research aims to find out how each dependent variable influences the independent variable. Apart from that, the influence can also be seen from a simultaneous perspective. Population of BLUD employees at RSUD Dr. Sayidiman is 185 people with non-probability sampling, namely 93 people. The results obtained, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable, show that each is significantly positive. Meanwhile, the simultaneous results can be said to be able to improve the performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Dr. Sayidiman Magetan.
