Abstract
This study uses a quantitative approach method. Quantitative data is data in the form of numbers and qualitative data obtained from questionnaire scores distributed to respondents. This study is to find out how far the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data collection is carried out through distributing questionnaires by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer. This study determined the weight of the questionnaire using the Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed to 45 respondents. For this reason, the author uses the entire population as a sample. The sampling method in this study uses a saturated sampling approach based on the criterion that the population in this study is relatively small. This research uses the help of SmartPLS software which was built with the aim of measuring the Leadership (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) as the independent variable (Independent Variable), Employee Performance (Y2) as the dependent variable (Dependent variable), Job Satisfaction (Y1) as the Intervening Variable.
