Abstract

Pengaruh Employee Engagement, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT Pegadaian Ponorogo

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pegadaian Ponorogo. Pemilihan sampel berdasarkan teknik pengambilan Sampel Jenuh yaitu seluruh anggota kelompok digunakan menjadi sampel penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah PT Pegadaian Ponorogo yang berada di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metodologi penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu menggunakan model Analisis Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25. Hasil pengujian analisis Uji Regresi Linier Berganda pada kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Pegadaian Ponorogo menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hal ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh employee engagement, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Pegadaian Ponorogo.
