This research aims to find out what the Ponorogo Regency government's policy is in managing street vendors and to find out the number of street vendors on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto. The theory used is public policy as put forward by Wiliam N Dunn 2018. This research method is a qualitative approach by determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The location of this research is on Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto, Ponorogo Regency through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the discussion show that this structuring policy has positive value for street vendors. This research shows that planning policies are optimal, communication is smooth, making city planning orderly.
