Communication is an important skill that a preacher must have in order to ensure that the meaning conveyed and is clearly understood by the listener. The formation of preaching communication skills is an important process in efforts to spread religious messages effectively. Effective communication in preaching does not only depend on mastery of the material, but also on the ability to convey messages in a way that can be accepted and understood by the audience. This study aims to (1) Describe the strategies used by the management in forming the preaching communication skills of PR IPM Yanggong. (2) Find out the results of the Saturday Night Study activities in forming the preaching communication skills of PR IPM Yanggong management. The research approach used is qualitative research, a type of field research. In the process of collecting data, observation, interview and documentation were carried out in the data collection process. While in qualitative data analysis, it was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. The results of this study indicate that the PR IPM Yanggong Management uses an effective strategy to form the ability to communicate da'wah by conducting Saturday night studies routinely every week, giving members the opportunity to practice delivering da'wah materials and giving appreciation to participants as a form of motivation. The application of this strategy succeeded in forming the ability to communicate da'wah of the management and members by fulfilling the factors of effectiveness of da'wah communication, namely credibility, capability and enthusiasm.
