This research purposes to increase understanding of the regulation, improve immigration services, and serve as a reference for further research, thus contributing to a more efficient immigration system. This research uses a combination of normative and empirical methods to analyze the impact of Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia No: 18 of 2022 of passport. The research uses data from Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Ponorogo and employs theories such as Legal Positivism, Social Theory, Social Constructivism, and Legal Realism. The research emphasizes clear research questions and accurate data collection methods.
