Abstract

In the context of the Indonesian economy facing challenges such as the global recession and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, MSMEs play an important role in economic stability. This research aims to determine whether the variables of qardhul hasan financing and services affect the welfare of micro, small, and medium enterprise actors at BankZiska in Ngrayun village.
The research method used in this research is quantitative, with data collection methods using questionnaires. The subjects in this study are micro, small, and medium enterprise actors in Ngrayun Ponorogo village who receive qardhul hasan financing from BankZiska Ponorogo, with a sample of 50 people. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, which consists of hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 application.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Qardhul hasan financing has a positive and significant influence on the welfare of MSME actors, with a t-value of 2.386 > r table (2.011). (2) Services have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of MSME actors, as evidenced by a t-value of 3.132 > r table (2.011). (3) Qardhul hasan financing and services have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of MSME actors, as evidenced by the F test result of 15.616 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the influence of qardhul hasan financing and services on the welfare of MSME actors is evidenced by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.380, indicating that the ability of independent variables to influence the dependent variable is 38%, and the remaining 62% is influenced by other variables besides this research model."
