Abstract

The company's efforts to optimize and improve employee performance are not only focused on achieving work results, but also need to pay attention to factors that influence employee performance, such as transformational leadership, organizational culture and motivation. At Surya Mart Ponorogo, employee performance is greatly influenced by several factors, namely transformational leadership, organizational culture and motivation. In retail companies, human resources are an important aspect, therefore the company is responsible for life in the company and directs its employees to be optimally involved for the progress of the company. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling, because the researcher took samples with the condition that employees working in the supermarket were 60 people, with a population of 250 people. The results of the study showed (1) Transformational leadership partially had a significant effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational Culture partially had a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation partially had a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Transformational leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance.
