This study aims to determine how economic growth, poverty, and life expectancy affect the Human Development Index (HDI) in East Java Province. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The data used in this study are secondary time-series data from 2014 to 2024, including data on the growth rate of regional domestic product (RDP) at constant prices, poverty rate, life expectancy, and the Human Development Index. Data collection was conducted using the documentation method, with data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java. The data obtained were modeled in a regression model and analyzed using the SPSS statistical software. The results of this study indicate that the Economic Growth variable does not significantly affect the HDI, the Poverty variable does not significantly affect the HDI, the Life Expectancy variable significantly affects the HDI, and simultaneously, the Economic Growth, Poverty, and Life Expectancy variables significantly affect the HDI.
