Various factors can influence the level of adherence to tuberculosis (TB) treatment. A deep understanding of these factors is essential for designing effective interventions to improve patient compliance with TB treatment. This study aims to identify the factors that may influence treatment adherence among tuberculosis patients at the Plaosan Community Health Center, Magetan. This research used a descriptive-analytic design with a cross-sectional approach and was conducted from July 7 to 11, 2025. The study population included all TB patients undergoing treatment at Plaosan Community Health Center, Magetan. A total of 34 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using univariate methods.
The results showed that several factors influence TB treatment adherence at the Plaosan Health Center, including knowledge (67.6%), motivation (70.6%), access to health services (64.7%), family support (76.5%), and support from health workers (76.5%).
TB treatment adherence is related to several supporting factors, including knowledge, motivation, access to health services, family support, and the role of healthcare workers. It is expected that this research can assist healthcare providers in improving TB patient adherence.
