NURSING CARE FOR CKD HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS WITH NURSING PROBLEMS OF FATIGUE
(Case Study in Mawar Room of Dr.Harjono Ponorogo Hospital)

Fatigue is an unpleasant subjective feeling, characterized by tiredness, weakness, and decreased energy, which is often the main complaint in patients undergoing dialysis.. The purpose of this case study is to provide nursing care which includes: assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, evaluation.
Nursing care was provided for 3 days, from May 27, 2025, to May 29, 2025. The method used was the nursing process. The assessment results showed that the patient experienced fatigue easily.
Nursing actions taken include: identifying readiness and ability to receive information, providing materials and media for regulating activities and rest, explaining the provision of health education according to the agreement, explaining the importance of regular physical activity/sports, teaching how to identify rest needs. After nursing actions were carried out, it was found that fatigue had decreased slightly when doing activities. The evaluation results showed that fatigue was related to physiological conditions as evidenced by the patient complaining of fatigue.
Nursing care is expected to be able to provide motivation and knowledge in efforts to overcome patient fatigue to prevent the emergence of nursing problems of fatigue.
