This study discusses the role of BUMDes Berkah Manunggal in supporting the food security program of the community in Bedingin Village, Sambit District, Ponorogo Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that BUMDes Berkah Manunggal plays a strategic role in driving the village economy to support the community’s food security program in Bedingin Village. In supporting the food security program, BUMDes Berkah Manunggal carries out various integrated agricultural activities, such as operating an agricultural store, managing rice milling, producing organic fertilizer, and distributing agricultural inputs. The success of the program is supported by the synergy between the village government, BUMDes management, and the community. However, the implementation of the program still faces several obstacles, including limited legal status of organic fertilizer businesses, regulatory changes, natural factors, and limited human resources. Overall, BUMDes Berkah Manunggal contributes positively to strengthening community-based food security in the village.
