This study discusses the development of a web-based academic data archiving system for educators at SMK Darur Rohmah Mlarak Ponorogo to address the challenges of manual archiving systems that are still vulnerable to document loss, require long file searches, and lack protection against unauthorized access. The system development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, the Laravel framework, and the MySQL database, with the application of the Blowfish algorithm for encryption and decryption of sensitive data. Testing was carried out using Black Box Testing. The results of the study indicate that the Blowfish algorithm is able to improve data security well, marked by data stored cannot be read directly in the database and all system functions run as needed. This system is considered effective, safe, and user-friendly in supporting the management of academic archives for educators.
