Developing the tourism sector through the use of information technology is a key strategy for enhancing the appeal of tourist destinations while simultaneously boosting Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD). As a premier tourist destination in Ponorogo Regency, Telaga Ngebel possesses natural assets conducive to ecotourism development; however, the utilization of information technology in its management and development requires further optimization. This study aims to analyze the use of information technology in Telaga Ngebel's ecotourism development, identify the internal and external factors influencing this technology-driven development, and formulate strategies to boost Ponorogo Regency's PAD through technology-based ecotourism development at Telaga Ngebel. The study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation review. Data analysis follows the Miles & Huberman model, while strategy formulation utilizes SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that information technology is already being utilized in Telaga Ngebel's ecotourism development through social media for promotion, computerized ticketing systems, and digital-based tourism services and management. Based on the SWOT analysis, SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies were formulated; these focus on optimizing digital promotion, improving infrastructure and digital tourism systems, strengthening information systems, and integrating ecotourism concepts with information technology to support the increase of Ponorogo Regency's Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD).
