Nglumpang Village in Ponorogo Regency is a community where most residents rely on the agricultural sector for their livelihoods; however, in recent years, productivity has declined due to climate change, limited access to technology, and farmers' lack of knowledge and skills in farm management. The Sri Pangudiati Women Farmers' Group serves as a platform for local women to play an active role in agricultural activities—spanning both production and produce processing—with the aim of boosting productivity and household income. This study aims to determine the impact of participation in the Sri Pangudiati Women Farmers' Group on household productivity and household income, as well as the impact on household income with agricultural productivity acting as an intervening variable. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to all 43 members of the group—located on Jalan Srikaton, Nglumpang Village, Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency—via a total sampling technique. The variables analyzed were participation (X), productivity (Z) as the intervening variable, and household income (Y). The results indicate that participation has a positive and significant effect on productivity, evidenced by a calculated F-value exceeding the F-table value (46.440 > 3.232) and a significance value of 0.00 (< 0.05). However, participation does not have a significant direct effect on household income (calculated t-value 0.834 < t-table 2.021). Productivity was found to mediate the effect of participation on household income, evidenced by a calculated F-value exceeding the F-table value (53.102 > 3.232) and a significance value of 0.00 (< 0.05); thus, it can be concluded that the participation variable (X) simultaneously influences household income (Y) through productivity (Z) as an intervening variable.
