This study aims to analyze the impact of the Mount Cumbri tourist destination on community well-being, particularly among MSME operators in Ngudal Hamlet, Pager Ukir Village, Sampung Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency. The background of this study is based on the growth of the Mount Cumbri tourism sector, which is expected to have a positive impact on improving community well-being through local economic activities. The independent variables in this study consist of natural factors (X1), relaxation factors (X2), and economic factors (X3), while the dependent variable is community well-being (Y).

The research method used was a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, consisting of local residents, MSME operators, and tourists visiting Mount Cumbri. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²).

The results of the study indicate that, in part, the natural factor (X1) does not have a significant effect on community well-being, with a significance value of 0.587 (>0.05); the relaxation factor (X2) has a significant effect on community well-being with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), and the economic factor (X3) has no significant effect with a significance value of 0.546 (>0.05).Collectively, natural factors, recreational factors, and economic factors have a significant effect on community well-being, with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.997 indicates that 99.7% of community well-being can be explained by these three variables.

The conclusions of this study indicate that the existence of Mount Cumbri tourism generally has an impact on community well-being, particularly through the factor of relaxation, which is the most dominant variable.
