This study aims to analyze the availability of facilities for vulnerable groups at the Ponorogo Religious Court (PA Ponorogo) and their compliance with applicable legal provisions in supporting the realization of an inclusive judicial system. The principle of equality before the law emphasizes that every citizen has an equal right to access justice. In practice, vulnerable groups, such as persons with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, and children, may still face physical and nonphysical barriers in accessing judicial services. This study employs an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through field observations, document analysis, and interviews with the Vice Chairperson, Secretary of PA Ponorogo, and service users. The findings show that the facilities for vulnerable groups at PA Ponorogo generally comply with the applicable legal standards based on Law No. 8 of 2016, Government Regulation No. 42 of 2020, and Circular Letter of the Director General of the Religious Courts No. 1 of 2021. These facilities include exterior and interior accessibility features, as well as specialized facilities such as a disability-accessible toilet, lactation room, and children's playroom. The successful implementation is supported by the commitment of the court leadership, Assessment of Court Performance (APM) evaluations, Integrity Zone assessments, and DIPA budget allocation. Meanwhile, the challenges include limited space in the old building and the need to improve human resource competencies in sign language and technical assistance.
