IMPLEMENTASI INTEGRASI KURIKULUM PESANTREN DAN KURIKULUM NASIONAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL MUKMIN NGRUKI SUKOHARJO

curriculum at Al Mukmin Ngruki Islamic Boarding School in Sukoharjo. It examines the stages of curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as the factors that facilitate or obstruct the integration process. A qualitative case study approach was applied. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis, with the Director of the Pesantren, the Head of the Madrasah, and the Vice Principal for Curriculum serving as key informants. Data credibility was ensured through source and method triangulation, while the data were analyzed through reduction, organization, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that curriculum integration is implemented in a structured way through planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, Islamic educational objectives are adjusted to national education standards. In practice, religious and general subjects are combined with a boarding school system, traditional and modern teaching approaches, and continuous character development. Evaluation covers academic achievement, religious competence, and student character. The implementation is strengthened by leadership commitment, teacher competence, a strong pesantren culture, and adequate facilities. However, several challenges remain, including a high learning load, limited instructional time, and the need to improve teacher competence. Overall, curriculum integration reflects the pesantren’s effort to create a balanced education that combines religious knowledge, academic competence, and character formation.
